February – the Month that belongs to Lovers – Yes, it is Valentines Day on the 14th February and tonight at the Welshot Photographic Academy Evening based at the Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port we are going to be working with Mains Studio Lighting and our Models will have a “Valentines” feel to it. The Welshot Team Leaders will help you to make some wonderful portrait photography and you will learn how to work with, and pose Models.  Our Models will be wearing a variety of outfits that will surely get cupids arrow firing and you are guaranteed to get yourself a range of creative photographs for your portfolio. Macro Photography and getting creative is what it is all about at this Welshot Photographic Academy Evening at the Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port.  You will realise just how much fun you can have with mashed potato….  And fruit, sweets, cupcakes, biscuits and, of course, your tripod and camera… 

Using miniature figures (Lego as well as really teeny tiny model railway miniature figures) to create scenes such as men scaling mountains made of mashed potato, white water rafting on doughnuts, swimming in cups of tea and constructing a building made of sugar lumps – tonight is about getting creative with your camera and photography and learning to tell a story through the photos you make.  The only limitation is your imagination.
