Event description
Learn specific photographic studio techniques using ONE LIGHT only. These techniques will give your images a very different unique effect. You will have plenty of time to practise for yourselves to get to grips with your new photography skills with time to ask questions. A very practical session
One Light Studio Techniques is all about creating different effects within Portraiture Photography with the use of ONE light only. The picture above is made by using the "Split Lighting" Technique
Tonight you will be taught the following techniques:
- Rembrandt Lighting
- Butterfly Lighting
- Broad Lighting
- Narrow Lighting
- Split Lighting
Each of these techniques will be explained and demonstrated with ample opportunities for you to practise and hone your skills to perfection.
Various accessories will also be demonstrated and provided for you to practise on throughot the evening.
These lighting techniques will enhance your photography further giving you the skills to take home with you which will give you an easy and affordable way of setting up a home studio.
Full Buffet supper is included
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRACTICAL MODULE THIS EVENING NUMBERS WILL BE RESTRICTED.

7.20pm - Practical Session: Try for yourself all the techniques
8.00pm - Full Buffet Supper
8.30pm - Practical Session: Try for yourself all the techniques
10.00pm - Close
What you should bring:
Camera, Battery and Spare Battery
Memory Cards / Film
Suggestion of lens is between 17mm - 105 if using a zoom.
50mm will be adequate if you have one.
An Open Mind, a willingness to try new things, share with others and have fun while you learn.
