Tonight's Photographic technique is all about creating wonderful abstract patterns. Using smoke, water, oil and dye you will be taken through all the technical details in your camera to enable to you make your image and then you will be shown how to post process once you have captured the photograph.
The only restriction is your imagination as the possibility's for wonderful creative images (and art work) are endless.
We will show you how YOU can create wonderful abstract patterns and then after the buffet supper we will show you how to post process and present them as peices of art work. These also make GREAT stock images.
We will show you how to capture truly unique shots using smoke and liquid trails.
You will be taught how to build the set to make your shots look their best, how to light it to capture the patterns at their best and how to use your camera to freeze the action.
Once you have captured your images we will explore the varous processing options available to enhance your images and show you the best ways to present your finished work.
There will then be an opportunity for you to work on your own computers to process your own images with guidance so if you wish to bring your own laptop please do so.
If you don't want to bring a laptop you can still take part in the session and hand-outs will be given for you to take home as a reference.

What you should bring:
Camera
Macro or Standard Length Lens (anywhere around 50mm)
Tripod
Shutter Release Cable
Cards, Batteries and spares etc
Laptop with a copy of Photoshop / Elements or similar (But not essential if you have not got one)
