Event description
Use your camera to capture and make photographs of a multitude of floral displays. Learn about correct lighting, composition and what makes a good image for stock sales. You will be using small lighting sets, product table with professional lights as well as natural light.
We will have at least 4 setups with an assortment of different arrangements that will help you make an image that could be used in various ways, from large wall art to published in a magazine.
If the weather is reasonable we may also do some outside photography using natural light.
As a Member Benefit your images will be promoted for sale and promotion on the Welshot homepage in the next few months.

* How to use depth of field to create your image

Bookings are essential and due to the nature of this evening numbers WILL be restricted to a first come basis.Please note: Do to unforeseen circumstances we may need to change the modules (or part of) that have been advertised. We will always provide an alternative that would still benefit you from learning how to get the best from your camera. We will also always endeavour to give andvance warning of any changes.

7.00pm - Demonstration of all the techniques with handouts
7.10pm - Practical Session: Try for yourself all the techniques
8.15pm - Buffet Supper
8.45pm - Practical Session: Try for yourself all the techniques
10.00pm - Close
What you should bring:
Camera, Battery and Spare Battery
Memory Cards / Film
Any lens from 50mm upwards - including Macro if you have one
Wide Angle lenses are NOT suitable for this technique
Tripod
An Open Mind, a willingness to try new things, share with others and have fun while you learn.
