Following on from the Iolo Penri workshop, been doing some reading and research on equipment and techniques for studio work and have just stumbled across the website below that has a brilliant and very detailed tutorial for lighting techniques, so thought I would share it

Mainly focuses on seamless white lighting, but is so detailed there's loads of information to learn from it

I watched Zak's one light DVD a while back, really good off camera flash stuff. He's good at explaining things and takes some great pictures.
