Welshot Imaging Ltd have teamed up with Network She for a fantastic opportunity to get “YOUR” name out there as a photographer.
A competition will be run by Welshot to find four photographers’s to shoot four different models of different age groups.
The groups will be 18-24, 25-35, 35-50 and 50 and over.
The winners will go to a fantastic venue and complete with the models, make-up artist, hairdresser, clothing outfitters and professional photographers to help guide you to take the images required for a 4 to 5 page spread in the magazine.
The photographer who captures the best image of the day wins “The Front Page”
All lighting and backgrounds will be supplied and Eifion Williams from Welshot Imaging will be on hand to guide you.
To enter this competition you will need to prove that you are competent at Portraiture and Lighting techniques and the minimum requirement is that you will need to attend an “Introduction to Mains Flash” with Will Cheung (the next being 31st October) and priced at £50.00 where 4 or 5 studios will be set up so that you can try yourself with different techniques.
You will also need to produce an A3 mounted portrait image.
The competition will be announced in the November issue of Network She. The shoot will take place early in 2010 and the results will be published in May 2010.
