Hiya Guys :)

Just thought I would let you know that Eif is in hospital (Ysbty Gwynedd, Beuno Ward, Private Room) with a severe infection in his arm.

He had a nasty fall a couple of weeks ago and even though the gash on his elbow was healing nicely it seems that there is an infection lurking around in it.

On Friday night he went to A&E as his elbow looked like it had an orange under the skin, they sent him home with antibiotics and he, without any problems did the Action workshop on Saturday.

On Sunday he awoke to his whole arm swollen, red and very hot. He was admitted and is now lying in bed with a drip administering really strong antibiotics.

They are keeping him in and is not expected to be out for a couple of days. We will keep you informed.

Thanks for all the emails, texts, facebook comments to those of you who knew and to Phil Newell who helped us out yesterday at Ty Croes. Much appreciated.

If any of you are trying to get hold of me, please bear with me as I am running to and fro the hospital and looking after the office.

My mobile maybe off while I am in the hospital. But if you phone the office, leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Eifion and I thank you for your support.

Lee :)

I have collected Eif from the hospital and he is now fully ensconced at home under orders to behave....

He has gone from bored to grumpy cos I wont let him in the office for at least a few days. This is so that he can rest (still on VERY strong antibiotics) and not knock his arm (or at least eliminate some likelyhood of him knocking it) and causing the infection to flare up again.

He will be taking part in tonights challenge :) and he will be working from home on his laptop so you can keep in touch with him.

Apparently while in hospital he has devised a whole list of challenges for you all to do on here :)

He will be at the Academy Evening on Wednesday 29th in Anglesey :)

Glad to see he's escaped and I'm sure he'll be back on form soon enough.
