Join Welshot Imaging and Stuart Gibson, skipper of “Mistral” an 8 berth Santana 39
Sailing Yacht.
This is a fantastic opportunity to capture amazing images with your camera, from landscape to seascape while experiencing the pleasures of sailing.
This day will be restricted to 5 Academy Members Only and will run from Holyhead and out into the Bay making the most of the weather conditions presented to us on the day, visiting areas where possible such as North Stack, South Stack, The Skerries, Porth Wen and Carmel Head.
You will have opportunities to take landscape, seascape, wildlife and creative images with the expert guidance of Eifion Williams showing you how to get the best from YOUR camera in these conditions.
The day will start in Holyhead at 8.00am on Monday 3rd May 2010 and finish back in Holyhead after you have experienced a full day at sea.
Price £180.00 and includes morning and afternoon refreshments, full buffet lunch, evening meal back at the Sailing Club to review the day and maybe the images.
Photographic Tuition will be given all day with one to one tuition and a chance, if you would like, to learn about sailing a yacht and the sea.
You will need to bring the following:
Wet weather and warm clothing
Suitable footwear such as Deck shoes, waterproof boots such as Wellington's but no black soles please as they mark the deck.
Life jackets and harnesses will provided and must be worn.
This is a flexible program to make the most of the day.
