new firmware update for Canon 5D ii

Canon have released a new firmware for the 5Dii. Seems to mainly involve some tweaks to the video settings. If anyone wants a play there are full instructions listed at

If anyone wants me to update their 5 for them I'll happily borrow it for a few days and return it with the new firmware on :)

although apparently it's now been recalled as it was causing some bugs with audio for some users so probably best to hold off for now.
