www.hireacamera.com (http://www.hireacamera.com/) has announced the arrival of the new Canon 1D Mark IV to their equipment portfolio. The 1D Mk IV features a new Canon 16.1mp APS-H CMOS sensor and brand new 45-point Auto Focus system with 39 f/2.8 sensitive cross-type points. It includes Dual DIGIC 4 processors which enable high-speed 10fps shooting at full 16.1mp resolution.
The 1D Mk IV promises to be the best performing Canon SLR in low light. Standard ISO on it ranges from 100-12,800 which extended ISO ranges from a low of 50 to 102,400. Intelligent noise reduction techniques keep chroma and luminance noise to a minimum, while maintaining colour balance.
It also features the EOS Movie function (as found in the 5DMk II and the 7D, being able to capture 1080p HD video at 30,25 and 24 fps and 720p footage at 60 and 50 fps). Most importantly the camera offers full manual exposure, providing control over depth of field. Monitoring is possible via an HDMI connection.
Guy Thatcher, Managing Director of Hireacamera said,” The new 1D Mark IV is a welcome addition to our stock and is already proving popular after its first outing at the SWPP Convention in January. We are sure this is going to be a great addition to the Canon family and are offering great hire prices on it at the moment so photographers can really try before they buy.”
The Canon 1D Mark IV is available to hire now and can be booked by calling 01892 603440 or further information can be sought from enquiries@hireacamera.com (enquiries@hireacamera.com)
