I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who attended my Liverpool Workshop on January 16. There was such enthusiasm a**** the group that the whole day was tremendous fun and it seemed to rush by. The day may have been flat in terms of lighting but that didn't stop many terrific pictures being taken, especially as day turned into night.
I managed quite a few shots myself and I will be posting them on my website soon.
Thanks again for your company. commitment and sense of fun and I hope to work with you again soon.

Thanks, Will, I certainly enjoyed the day and got some good shots. It was good to be out with a group with so much enthusiasm, and as always being out with other photographers makes you think a bit differently and brings new ideasi . Your guidance was appreciated and look forward to more workshops with you in the future.
David.

I would like to echo David's comments. It was a very good day and I was so glad that I was able to make it.

It was a great day Will so many thanks. I still haven't downloaded my images yet as I need to clear some hard drive space but hopefully, with about 8GBs of pics from the day, there should be something I can use. If not, there will be a Canon 5Dii on sale!!

I would like to add my thanks to those above. I had a great day and came away with a number of images I am really pleased with. This was my first outing as a member of the club and I was made to feel very welcome by everyone, even though I am an olympus user !!! . Thanks again. Geraldine

Hey Guys.
Glad you enjoyed the day, so did Eifion and myself. You were all lots of fun. Boy did my feet hurt the next day ;)
Been a manic week here, it is my first day in the office.
So a bIg thanks to Will and an even bigger thanks to those who attended the workshop. I am glad you all seem to have got loads of images.
I will be putting another together soon, so please let me know if you are interested.
Lee :)
not so much my feet but my back hurt that night....but it was a fun day. Hopefully I'll be better with the tripod next time - thanks Will for letting me try out yours. Hope to post some pics soon too. The night ones I especially enjoyed

Sounds like you all had a great time. If any one wants to post some images on the Welshot Flickr Group (http://www.flickr.com/groups/welshot/) they're more than welcome too.
Have posted some images in the flicker group pool ,,,but here's a collage I made .

That's fantastic. Is that bottom left from on the wheel itself?
Would have loved to have gone on this. Get another sorted asap Lee. :)
bottom left and right images were taken on the wheel itself, light was fading fast and the motion didn't help too much , plus the scratched windows! Just managed to get a couple of decent shots out of the hundreds!
