We will be meeting at the normal time of 6.30 having a drink and starting a bit of a Quiz!!!! Yes there maybe prizes!!!!
We will aim to eat at around 7.30ish.
The Menu Options are as follows:
Starters
Homemade winter root vegetable soup
Chicken Liver Pate served with baguette and salad
Prawn cocktail with citrus mayonnaise
Stilton mushrooms coated in a port and Stilton sauce.
Mains
All served with carrot and swede mash, button sprouts, roast potatoes unless otherwise stated...
Roast Turkey with sage and onion stuffing, chipolata sausage, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Honey Roast Ham served with red wine sauce and crushed peppercorn sauce.
Spinach and Brie and hazelnut parcel with cranberries and wrapped in puff pastry.
Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce served with new potatoes carrot and swede mash and button sprouts.
Desserts
Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
Apple and plum crumble served with custard
Belgian chocolate mousse with a layer of crushed raspberries
Honeycomb ice cream with vanilla ice cream served with a winter berry compote.
Price is £14.99 payable direct to Anglesey Arms Hotel.
£2.50 per person extra for tea/ coffee and mince pie after the meal.
